#FitmissTries is a campaign that strives to break the stigmas associated with exercising and encourages women to step outside of their comfort zones to find the fitness solution that works for them.  Being a beginner isn't easy, especially in fitness, so #FitMissTries strives to create a judgement-free environment to explore new avenues of fitness and nutrition. Fitness is not achieved exclusively through cardio or weight training. Conversely, women shouldn’t feel limited to only two options to becoming the best version of themselves!

    #FitMissTries will take members on a journey, exploring the different worlds associated with health and conditioning with such programs as:

  • Kickboxing
  • CrossFit
  • Spinning/Cycling
  • Proper Weight Training techniques
  • IFYM (If It Fits Your Macros)
  • Calculating your macros
  • Keto-dieting
  • Proper Protein intake
  • And much more!

How it works:

Whether it is spinning, yoga, weight training, martial arts, crossfit, or just proper dieting, allow #FitmissTries to be your guide into something new!

  • FitMiss organizes a class: crossfit, martial arts, weight training, etc.
  • Women register online
  • They then receive an intro class, a t shirt, and Fitmiss product samples
  • Classes are for women only
